Website and app availability
The website introduces ALIBI and provides support information. The iPhone app is being prepared for public release. Case previews, illustrations and feature descriptions are not a promise of a particular release date, content schedule or price. Actual availability, supported devices, languages and access conditions will be shown in the app and its store listing.
The game
ALIBI is a fictional investigation game. People, conversations and services inside the cases are part of the story. Playing does not authorize access to another person's real device or account. Follow the released app's age rating and any applicable parental-consent requirements.
Pro and purchases
When offered, Pro is an auto-renewable subscription with the billing periods shown before purchase. Apple displays the actual localized price, period and any eligible offer. No free trial or full free case is promised unless expressly shown. Some questions may be available before a continuation prompt.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled under Apple's purchase terms. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app or player data does not cancel billing. Refund requests are handled through Apple and applicable consumer rights: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
Pro provides the cases and benefits shown in the app while the entitlement is active. Restore Purchases checks the entitlement associated with the purchasing Apple Account; it does not restore deleted game progress. Apple’s handling of refunds or revoked transactions may affect access. Future cases and fixed update schedules are not guaranteed. Player content and fair use
Use only profile names, images and submissions you have the right to share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or private third-party material. You keep your rights in submissions and allow the processing needed to provide the chosen feature or answer your request. Do not manipulate scores, disrupt the service, bypass purchase controls or attempt unauthorized access. Invalid results or abusive use may be restricted.
Progress, availability and support
Online features require a connection. Anonymous identity or progress may not be recoverable after reinstalling or changing devices. Restoring a purchase is separate from restoring progress. Contact support before reinstalling if a case fails to load. Maintenance, security updates or technical problems may affect service availability.
We may update the website and services. Material changes to paid benefits or these terms will be communicated where required. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to you.
